I think it’s the first one I ever read, back when I almost always refused to read plays because I wanted to see them first (and I almost always could; that was my privilege, as the child of a university theater professor. The university did 4-5 plays each year, we went to a nearby city to see plays, and we spent vacations seeing plays and touring theaters in the U.S. and U.K.).
