Some readers have mentioned being confused by the constantly changing voices. I have certainly read novels which clumsy execution of numerous and disparate narratives, but I would not categorize CGA in that way. It’s gripping, topical, and just plain readable. For some readers, it may also be an introduction to the horrors of the American corrections system.
